Heinz Potato & Bacon Salad

500g baby new potatoes

3 rashers back bacon, cut into thin strips

1 tsp vegetable oil

4 spring onions, sliced

1 tbsp finely chopped flat leaf parsley

1 tbsp Heinz Salad Cream

1 tbsp Kraft Light Mayonnaise

Boil the new potatoes for 15 minutes until tender. Cool under running cold water and drain well
Meanwhile fry the bacon in the oil for 5 minutes until crispy
Mix together the potatoes and bacon with the remaining ingredients, season well and serve
