Leadership Development Group

CPD Management Training Programme and FSD Warehouse Development Team

Our Leadership Development Group is a dynamic and diverse set of high potential employees selected for succession development. The programme is designed to groom current and future leaders by investing in their career paths and strengthen company sustainability. The participants are involved in both internal training and external courses tailored to reinforce their skill sets on an individual and/or group basis. All members have access to a Certified Coach who assists with increasing awareness, setting goals and holding accountability. We are excited about this progressive group and are encouraged by their passion for the wholesale food distribution business.
